Mangaluru: There is a small expectation rising in Coastalwood on the future plans of K. Sooraj Shetty who has earned much fame through his 3 hit Tulu films including Ekka saka, Pilibailu Yamunakka and Ammer Police. It is special that he is planning to directly jump into Sandalwood even after achieving good success in Cosatalwood.
He was planning to shoot his next Tulu movie titled ‘English’ and is suddenly moving his gaze towards Gandhinagar. By the way, he has fixed the title of the movie as ‘Non Veg’. Talented actor Prajwal Prakash will act the lead role in this movie.
Prajwal was very interested in acting during his school days and his parent’s encouragement helped attract everyone’s gaze through his acting in many films.
He is the son of filmmaker Prakash Pandeshwar and was introduced into Coastalwood through the Tulu movie ‘Chaali Polilu’. Prajwal later acted prominent roles in Tulu movies including ‘Dabak Dab Isa’, ‘Chandikori ‘of Kapikad and ‘Barsa’.
He later got an opportunity in Raghu Shetty’s ‘Arjun weds Arutha’ movie. After its success, he acted as an anti-hero with Naveen D. Padil in the movie ‘Bhumika’. And now he is Gandhinagar and thus in a way has mixed Sandalwood wirh Coastalwood.
