Infosys foundation offers Rs.200 crore to construct Namma Metro

Bengaluru: Infosys Foundation president Dr Sudha Murthy met CM Kumaraswamy said that the foundation will provide Rs 200 crore financial support to construct Konappana Agrahara Metro station.
The state government will enter into an agreement with Infosys Foundation in this regard on July 19.
The foundation will also maintain the Konappa station for about 30 years. A part of earned money should be spent on the public and pro-people works, she said.
HD Kumaraswamy said that Infosys foundation has worked towards pro-people programmes which includes help to the Kidwai Hospital.
