CM Kumaraswamy has lied to people of the state: MP Shobha Karandlaje

Chikkamagaluru: Udupi-Chikkamagaluru MP Shobha Karandlaje on Friday, July 13 made statements against Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy for his stand on waiving of farm loans. 

Addressing the media, Shobha stated, “The budget presented by Chief Minister Kumaraswamy is a lie. The information on farmer’s loan waiver isn’t clear. He has lied to people.” 

“Chief Minister, when will you waive the loans? Don’t cheat the people of the state,” she said. 

Reacting to media’s question on her part in BJP she stated, “I will bear any responsibility the BJP endows me. I am prepared even to do just party work.” 

The MP additionally said that she will fulfill any responsibility on national or state level. “If I am asked not to contest Lok Sabha elections, I won’t contest them. I will contest only if i am asked to. I am prepared to perform minor party work if asked by the leaders,” she said.
