Veerappa Moily spoke to the media and said that committee was in the city to inspect the newly built Lady Goschen hospital, built with the help of MRPL’s CSR fund. “MRPL has given a grant of Rs 21.7 crore so far, along with equipment worth Rs. 1.5 crore and has agreed to provide additional equipment of Rs 5 crore,” he informed.

In response to the question on the formal inauguration of the new building, Moily replied that the inauguration of the hospital will be done subject to the availability if dates of the petroleum minister and the health minister.
