‘Dagalbajilu’ hits theaters this Friday

Mangaluru: Tulu comedy movie ‘Dagalbajilu’ presented under Anugraha Films banner, produced by Santosh Shetty and directed by Prasanth Acharya will be released at 14 different movie theaters in the Karavali district on July 20th.
Speaking at the press meet, the movie director Prashanth informed that the Dagalbajilu will see release at Jyothi, PVR, Bharat Cinemas and Cinepolis in Mangaluru, at Kalpana theater in Udupi, at Radhika and Planet at Karkala, Bharat Cinema in Manipal, at Bharat in Belthangady, at Amarshri in Moodbidri, at Santosh in Sullia, at Nataraj in Surathkal and at Shankar theatres in Byndoor.
‘Dagabajilu’ was shaot ion 35 days at various locations in Mangaluru, Udupi and Manipal. There are four songs in the movie. The lead actor and actress is Vignesh and Rashmika. The cast of the movie include Naveen D. Padil, Arvind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Deepak Rai, Satish Bandale, Umesh Mijar, Timmappa Kulal, Sunil Nelligudde, Prakash Tumonadu and Manohar Shetty Nandalike. The production was managed by Satish Bhramavar, he informed.
Actor Arvind Bolar spoke and said that if the movie is good, spread the word about it amongst the people and if it is not good, directly contact the director. Please do not hurt Tulu industry through negative publicity, he requested.
