Farm loan waiver will be declared in five days: CM HDK

Bengaluru: Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy said that the Rs 49,000 crore farm loan waiver will be declared by the Government within next five days.

Addressing the deputy commissioners and Zilla Panchayat CEOs at the Vidhana Soudha, he said, the district officials should make all the necessary arrangements for the smooth implementation of this scheme and no middlemen should be allowed to exploit in the provisions available in this.

CM also instructed the DCs and concerned officials to listen to people and their grievances. He advised the officials to visit every taluk under their control once every month and listen to people.
