Mangaluru: Devdas Kapikad, who has earned much appreciation in Coastalwood after directing 3 Tulu movies including ‘Chandi Kori’, ‘Barsa’, ‘Are Marler’ has completed directing his fourth Tulu movie ‘Year Ullerge’ and is in wait for the censor certificate. The movie is expected to see release next month.

The movie which was shot in a few days has passed all stages of preparation and is currently in the censor stage. This movie which has Arjun Kapikad, Anoop Sagar, Rashmika Chengappa, Aradhya Shetty portraying chief roles will also see the director Devdas Kapikad in the movie.

The specialty of the movie is that 80% of the movie is comedy and Kapikad can be seen in 80% of the movie. He is accompanied by Saikrishna.

Kapikad portrays the character of an individual who owns lots of land in Karavali and how he behaves with his entourage. Since Kapikad is seen in the majority of the movie, a new form of expectation is arising in Coastalwood.

The cinematography of the movie has been done by ‘Karne’ movie famed Sudhakar. The horror story of the movie gives it a new look.
