Woman dies after being hit by a train

Mangaluru: A woman lost her life after she was hit by a moving train here today.

The deceased has been identified as Tabassum (23), daughter of Mohammed Kunhi from Kankanady.

It has been reported that Tabassum was crossing the railway track when the train hit her and she died on the spot.

Investigation is in process. Further details awaited.
