Three killed, six injured in tyre burst accident

Bengaluru: Three people were killed and six others sustained injuries after the car, they were travelling in toppled following a tyre burst on NH 75 highway at Tigalarapalya on Wednesday afternoon.
The deceased are Rakshan (23), Ujjwal (24), and Harish (23), all residents of Hoskerehalli in Bengaluru and students of private colleges, the police said.
Reportedly, the nine students were on their way to attend a friend’s wedding at Nagamangala in Mandya district in the Scorpio vehicle. However, a tyre burst that occurred as they approached Tigalarapalaya caused their car to topple.
