Constable suspended for assault on man for not wearing helmet

Chikkamagaluru: A traffic police constable has been suspended for brutally assaulting an elderly man for a traffic violation in full public view.
Reportedly, the victim invited the wrath of the constable Subhash for not wearing a helmet while riding a two-wheeler. A video of the incident was captured by a passer-by on his mobile phone is seemingly going viral on social media. It is learnt that the constable had even threatened this man to delete the recording.
The district SP, on coming to know of the incident, suspended Subhash with immediate effect.
