Udupi: Why should I take tension? If I was in tension I would not have come to Udupi. Instead I would have sat in Bengaluru to do politics, said Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy while he was on his visit to Udupi on Friday.

Kumaraswamy visited Udupi Krishna Mutt and then interacted with the media. His reply was in response to a question on the issue of Belgaum PLD Bank and the instability of the government.

What has happened in Belgaum? Who are the 13 rebels? You ask this question to Ramesh Jarakihalli himself. Why should I take tension? Our coalition government is stable. There is no misunderstanding or dissatisfaction. All are happily with us, he said expressing his faith in the government.

The media is giving unnecessary deadlines on the government. Is former CM Siddaramiah going abroad wrong? Has he gone alone? asked HDK.

CM takes Paryaya Palimarushri’s blessing

Though there was no pre-planned visiting programme, Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy visited the Sri Krishna Mutt. He later met Paryaya Palimarushri and got his blessing.
