Not wanting to study, 15-yr-old hangs self

Udupi: A 15-year-old boy was found hanging from the ceiling of his Padubettu residence in Adi Udupi here on Sunday, September 9 evening.

The deceased Gunesh Ram is the son of Karan Ram. His family hails from Rajasthan and are currently residing at a rented house in Pandubettu.

Gunesh is alleged to have taken the extreme step since he was not interested in studies and did not wish to attend school.

A case was registered at Udupi town police station.
