Actor Duniya Vijaya files counter complaint against Kitty

Bengaluru: After Duniya Vijay’s arrest, FIR has been lodged against H Krishnamurthy alias Kitty for hitting Vijay and also vandalising his Range Rover car.
According to the police, the incident of headbutting happened on Saturday. Kitty, who had lodged a complaint of kidnapping and assault against the actor, was in the police station when Vijay walked in with his son.
Former gym trainer H Krishnamurthy alias Panipuri Kitty had assaulted actor Vijay on Saturday and also damaged his high end SUV car.
Vijay and his associated were arrested on Saturday, he lodged a counter-attack against Pani puri kitty for attacking him.
Following the complaint, Police said Vijay approached Kitty to greet him but the latter tried to headbutt him and shoved him away. Several policemen, including senior officers, were at the station at the time.
The police booked a case under IPC sections 506 (criminal intimidation) and 427 (Mischief causing damage to the amount of fifty rupees or more) against the accused.
Meanwhile, the 8th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Court on Wednesday is set to decide Vijay’s bail plea.
