Teen crushed to death by bus after bike skid

Moodbidri: A 19-year-old youth was crushed to death by a bus after he fell off his bike when it skidded due to slush on NH 169 here on  Wednesday, October 17 evening.

The deceased, Mohith, a resident Seetharama Gowda was doing his diploma from a Moodbidri college.

As per reports, Mohith and his friend were headed home when the bike skidded due to the slush on NH 169. Mohith fell on the road after being thrown off the bike and was run over by a bus moving towards Moodbidri. While Mohith died on the spot, pillion rider Rishabh managed to escape unhurt.

Moodbidri police have registered a case.
