WGSHA signs MoU with Italian institutions

Manipal: Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA) signed a MoU with Campus Etoile Academy, Tuscania (VT) Italy forItalian Professionals Chef Diploma in Italian Culinary Skills (ICS) Italy for BHM and B A in Culinary Arts students.WGSHA has also signed an MOU with Intrecci Academy, San Pietro, Italy for Professional Food and Beverage Service Hospitality Course for the BHM students.

The MoU signing ceremony was followed by interaction of Chef Piero and Chef Simone with the faculty and students of WGSHA. Piero, from Campus Etoile conducted an Italian Culinary and Pastry workshop and Ms. Marta Cortarella, Founder, Intrecci gave a talk on F&B Trends.
