Reddy granted bail in bribery case

Bengaluru: The first additional chief metropolitan magistrate V Jagadeesha, on Wednesday, granted bail to former Karnataka minister G Janardhan Reddy on the condition that he provide two sureties and furnish a bond of Rs 1 lakh.
After remaining elusive Since November 7, Reddy had appeared before the Central Crime Branch (CCB) of the city police, which had arrested him on Sunday after marathon questioning session in connection with a multi-crore ponzi scam case.
