7-yr-old dies after falling into boiling water accidentally

Puttur: In a heart-wrenching incident, a 7-year-old girl died on Monday night, at a hospital hours after accidentally falling into boiling water at Kemminje in Narimogaru village.
The victim, Tanvi is the daughter of a Kemminje Bedrala resident Ramesh.
Tanvi is said to have sustained serious burn injuries in the incident that occurred on Monday evening and was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Puttur. Later she was shifted to a hospital in Mangaluru for further treatment. However, Tanvi passed away without responding to the treatment.
