Bengaluru: Minister Ramesh Jarakiholi on Wednesday met former Chief Minister Siddarammaih and asked him to warn DK Shivakumar not to interfere in the matters of Belagavi constituency.

Though most of the leaders of the coalition government had failed to attend the meeting called by CM Kumaraswamy on Tuesday, November 20 with regard to the sugar cultivators protest, DK Shivakumar had attended this meeting without fail.

Following DK Shi’s presence in the meeting, Ramesh Jarakhiholi approached Siddarammaiah and questioned the need for Shivakumar to attend the meeting called by CM. He asked Siddarammaiah to direct  Shivakumar to stay away from the matters pertaining to  Belagavi constituency and he further warned that he will quit the party if Shivakumar continues his interference.

After listening to Ramesh’s problem Siddarammaiah requested him to maintain calm for a few days and also assured him that things will get better soon.
