Chitradurga: “Most of the MLA’s of the coalition government are in contact with us and if they wish to join BJP we will welcome them,” said former Deputy Chief Minister and BJP leader KS Eshwarappa on Monday, November 26.
Addressing press persons here he said that the BJP party will never say no to those who wish to join the party. We will welcome them wholeheartedly, he added.
“If the Congress and JD(S) members want to join BJP, they can join tomorrow itself. There is no need to wait till Lok Sabha elections. In politics nothing can be predicted, the coalition government may collapse before the Lok Sabha elections,” said Eshwarappa.
Regarding rumours that Ramesh Jharakiholi is joining BJP, Eshwarappa justified that while Jarakiholi shares a friendly relationship with several BJP leaders he has so far not shown any inclination in joining the party. He alleged that the members of other parts were simply spreading these rumours.
