KSRTC bus rams into gas tanker near Kannur ; 2 injured

Mangaluru: Two persons sustained injuries sustained after a government bus rammed into a gas tanker at Kodakkal near Kannur here on Tuesday.
It is gathered that the KSRTC bus, moving from Dharmasthala to Mangaluru rammed into the tanker from the rear after its driver applied brakes suddenly in order to avoid hitting a school vehicle which had taken a sudden turn.
The tanker was proceeding towards Mangaluru from BC Road.
