Strict cop transferred within a month

Mangaluru: A police sub-inspector who had completed his probation in Konaje police station has suddenly been transferred to Belagavi north zone.
Ravi Pawar, a strict officer who was in news a few months ago for putting an end to the illegal sand extraction trade was transferred from Konaje police station to Mangaluru North traffic police station a month ago. Now again within a month, he has been transferred to Belagavi north zone.
Notably, Ravi Pawar was successful in nabbing cow thieves and matka dealers and this strict action of his had angered many people indulged in this business. Therefore when things were getting under Ravi’s control the high commands have transferred him.
