Belagavi youth arrested for forging PM Modi’s signature

Bengaluru: The Vidhana Soudha police on Friday, December 28 arrested a man, who had allegedly forged a recommendation letter from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to get a typist job in the Karnataka High Court.
The accused Sanjay Kumar hailing from Belagavi is a BSc. graduate and had done a typist course.
It is gathered that High Court registrar Rajeshwari had recently received a recommendation letter via post from Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the PM’s letterhead recommending Sanjay Kumar for a typist’s job in the High Court, on seeing the letter she became suspicious therefore to find out the truth she handed over the letter to the vigilance department in the HC. The Correspondence with the PMO revealed that the letter is fake.
A complaint was filed against Sanjay Kumar with Vidhana Soudha police, who tracked down him to Belagavi and arrested him.
