Don Ravi Pujari, arrested in Senegal?

Mangaluru: According to sources, notorious underworld don Ravi Pujari, has been arrested in Senegal. Pujari had been absconding for the past 15 years in Australia, Dubai and many other places.

According to the available details, Ravi Pujari, is wanted in more than 60 cases in India and was arrested by Senegal police on Thursday, January 31.

 Pujari, who is from Padubidri near Udupi in Mangaluru was mentored by gangster Chhota Rajan, who is currently serving a life sentence in a jail in Navi Mumbai. Pujari used to make extortion demands to Bollywood personalities between 2009 and 2013.

Senegal police are likely to hand over Ravi Poojary to Indian agencies soon. Meanwhile, most of Pujari’s shooters have already been arrested by the Anti-Extortion Cell of the Mumbai Police.
