Three of a family killed in a bus-van collision

Hassan: Three people were killed and four others were injured after a government collided with a Maruti van at Dasasanahalli in Arasikere Taluk. 

The deceased are identified as Mujibah (53), Sadiq (22) and Mushkan (19) residents of Tumkur district. The injured have been identified as Shalin Banu, Imran Ahmed, Shalin Taj and Muhammed Shalin all of them belonged to the same family, informed sources.

The incident took place during the wee hours of Wednesday when a government bus and the van in which the family was travelling crashed into each other near Dasasanahalli in Arasikere Taluk.

The injured are being treated at a hospital in Shimoga, informed sources.
