Shivamoga: If the former prime minister HD Deve Gowda had 28 sons, he would have fielded all of them from 28 Lok Sabha constituencies in the forthcoming elections said BJP leader KS Eshwarappa.
Addressing pressperson here on Wednesday, Eshwarappa mocking former prime minister HD Deve Gowda said that if Deve Gowda had 28 sons he would have fielded all of them 28 Lok Sabha constituencies. By saying so Eshwarappa indirectly accused the Deve Gowda of family politics.
While Deve Gowda himself is a sitting MP, his son HD Kumaraswamy is a Chief Minister and another son HD Revanna is a cabinet minister. His two grandsons have been given tickets to contest the Lok Sabha polls.
Mahagathbandhan is all broken up. Mayawati is out, Akhilesh Yadav is out, AAP is out, he said when questioned about the grand-alliance.
“While the strength of Mahagathbandhan is decreasing day by day, the strength BJP is increasing,” he added.
