HDK says sorry for his remark against coastal people

Bengaluru: In a damage-control move on Wednesday Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy tendered an apology to the people of coastal Karnataka for the statement his the statement he had made against them.
Addressing pressperson Kumaraswamy blamed Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of misusing his statement and spreading false news to the people.
“No one can defeat BJP’s IT cell in spreading false news,” he added.
Earlier, Kumaraswamy said that people in the coastal Karnataka are ignorant and they vote for Modi.
