Manipal: Aaina Dramatics of Manipal Institute of Technology won the overall championship at Vellore Institute of Technology’s culture festival “Vibrance” held recently. The MIT team took part in the cultural fest for the first time and put up a remarkable show to bag top honours.

“It was a new place and new challenges. But the 38 of us were ready for everything to make our dream come true,” said a team member. The first win came in the Nukkad Naatak event named “Aaina”. That was a big morale booster.

The following day, Aaina Dramatics performed at the stage event, Anant. “There was a benchmark and the bar had to be raised as the stakes were high. We did just that and clinched the first and third places. Then came the big surprize at the prize distribution. Aaina Dramatics of MIT were declared the overall champs of  Vibrance,” the student said.
