‘Ensure Surya wins with huge margin’

Bengaluru: BJP leader and campaign in-charge R Ashoka on Monday, April 1 requested the people of Bangalore South to ensure Tejasvi Surya’s victory by over 3 lakh votes in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.

In a meeting to discuss Tuesday’s massive road show by the party’s national president Amit Shah Ashoka gave a clarion call to the party’s cadre to ensure that its Bangalore South candidate Tejasvi Surya wins by a margin of over three lakh votes in the upcoming Lok Sabha election.

The meeting was attended by all BJP legislators from the Bangalore South Lok Sabha constituency – Ashoka (Padmanabhanagar), V Somanna (Govindaraj Nagar), LA Ravi Subramanya (Basavanagudi), Satish Reddy (Bommanahalli) and Uday Garudachar (Chickpet).

62 of the party’s ward councillors and other grassroots-level workers also attended the meeting, informed sources.
