More than 3 dozen political parties in Kerala!

Kasaragod: There are more than three dozen political parties in Kerala who have identified themselves as wise in politics.
The more than three dozen political parties in the state include the national parties, state level regional parties and political parties accepted by the central election commission.
The election commission has accepted Indian National Congress, CPI, CPI (M), NCP and BJP, as national political parties and JD(S), Kerala Congress (M) and Indian Union Muslim League as regional parties in Kerala.
Other than these parties, CMP, JSS, Congress Secular, Socialist Janata, RSP (Baby Jhon), RSP (Marxist-B), Kerala Congress (B), Kerala Congress Secular, PDP, All Kerala MGR Dravida Munneta Party, Bharatiya Janashab, Deshiya Praja Socialist Party, Indian Gandhian Party, Kerala Jana Paksham, National Democratic Party, United India People’s Party have registered themselves with the EC.
RMP, SUCI, Kerala Congress (N), NDPI, INL are a few parties which have not yet found a position for themselves with the EC. During the 1957 Kerala Legislative Assembly elections, only the CPI, INC, PSP and Muslim League contested in the elections.
