SSLC results: Three DK girls secure 624 marks

Mangaluru: The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) on Tuesday announced the results for the 2019 SSLC examinations.

While the overall pass percentage stands at 73.70 per cent, the girls with a 82.82 pass percentage have outshone boys (76.05%).

Two girls from the state have scored a 100% score securing 625 on 625 marks while 11 have scored 624 marks, including three girls from rural Dakshina Kannada. In the state Hassan has stood first, followed by Ramanagara at second spot. Udupi district is placed at fifth place while Dakshina Kannada is in seventh spot.

Sinchana Laxmi, a student of Vivekananda English Medium school at Puttur; Krupa, a student of Kumaraswamy English Medium School at Sullia and Anupama Kamath, a student of Sri Venkataramana English Medium School Bantwal have scored 624 marks out of 625.
