Sessions court acquits six accused in Sabith murder case

Kasargod: Kasargod sessions court on Thursday, May 16 acquitted six persons who were allegedly involved in the 2017 Sabith murder case.
Sabith (17), a resident of Meepuguri was hacked to death by a gang of seven persons, including a minor on July 7, 2017.
The acquitted persons are K Akshay alias Munna (20), K N Vaishak (22), Sachin Kumar(22), B K Pavan Kumar (30), Dhananjay (28) and R Vijesh (23). The hearing for the minor accused involved in the case will be taken up in coming days.
It is learnt that Sabith’s relatives will approach the high court against the Kasargod sessions court’s judgement.
