Stones pelted at Punacha church grotto

Bantwal: Some miscreants have pelted stones at the grotto of Christ the King Church at Punacha Manela located by the side of Punacha – Thoranakatte road in the taluk. The incident was realized on Saturday May 18th.
The statue and the glass covering the statue has been damaged by the miscreants.
Vittal police have registered a case registered based on a complaint filed by the church authorities. The police are conducting investigation.
