Shreemathi murder case: Police visit crime spots along with accused

Mangaluru: The Mangaluru police on Saturday along with the accused of Shreemathi murder conducted spots visits in various parts of the city where the victim’s body parts were found.
The accused in the case Samson, who had been admitted to the hospital discharged on Saturday. After his discharge, the police took him to the various spots where the body parts of the victim were found, for the purpose of identification and further probe.
As per the sources, Samson showed the police the spot at Nandigudde where he dumped a part of Shreemathi’s body, and then led them to a spot near Padua park where he had dumped her feet, From there, they went to Kadri Park where Shreemathi’s head was found, and then to Nagori where he had left the scooter had used to commit the crime.
From Nagori, the Samson led the police to Pumpwell, where he went after committing the murder. Lastly, he took them to his rented house at Sootarpete where he murdered Shreemathi before chopping her to pieces, informed sources.
Team of forensic experts also accompanied the police during the spot visit.
