Hubballi: Senior JD(s) leader and MLC Basavaraj Horatti on Tuesday said that the Congress party is not allowing the coalition government to function as per the agreement.

Addressing presspersons Horatti alleged that the former chief minister and Coalition government coordination committee chairman Siddaramaiah is trying to control the government from outside.

He further added, “from day one of the coalition government the Congress is not allowing the smooth functioning of the government.”

Speaking on the resignation of H Vishwanath he said that the latter’s resignation is unfortunate.

” Vishwanath tried to convince H D Deve Gowda against the interference of Siddaramaiah into coordination committee, but Siddaramaiah did not want Vishwanath in the committee,” he added.
