Free KSRTC bus service for students till June end

Mangaluru: The students of schools and colleges may travel in KSRTC buses free of cost by showing the old bus pass and identity cards till the end of June, announced Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC).
Schools and colleges have reopened after summer vacations but KSRTC has not yet issued new bus passes. Therefore the transport company has announced that the students may travel in its buses by showing the old pass and the ID cards provided by their respective schools and colleges.
No pass? Use ID card
KSRTC divisional controller of Puttur has informed that even students who do not have the old bus pass can also travel free of cost in the government buses by showing their ID cards.
