Former MUDA chairman M Sanjeev dies at 86

Mangaluru: Former Chairman of Mangaluru Urban Development Authority and veteran JD(S) leader M Sanjeev breathed his last at his residence in Kadri ay on Monday afternoon. He was 86.
Sanjeev was a close aide of former Karnataka CM Ramakrishna Hegde and JD(S) Chief H D Deve Gowda.
Sanjeev was involved in social service right his student days. He had also participated in the freedom struggle and was even jailed during the emergency.
Several developmental projects were initiated by him during his tenure as Mangaluru Urban Development Authority Chairman.
