Bengaluru: BDA executive engineer, who allegedly blackmailed the company founder Mansoor Khan for Rs 4 crores was arrested by the Special Investigation Team (SIT), which is investigating the multi-crore IMA Group scam.
The arrested officer is PD Kumar.
The Special Investigation Team arrested him from his flat in Jayanagar Fifth Phase.
PD Kumar is currently facing the accusation that he extorted Rs 4 crores from Khan.
Following P D Kumar’s arrest, the police informed that they arrested him only after collecting evidence against him.
