VG Siddhartha demise: Body taken to native; last rites today

Mangaluru: Nearly 36 hours after Cafe Coffee Day founder VG Siddhartha went missing on Monday his body was found on the river bank at Hoige Bazar in the city on Wednesday early morning.
His body was brought to Wenlock Hospital for post-mortem and is now being taken to his native Chikkamagaluru in an ambulance.
Siddhartha’s body will be kept for public viewing at Chikkamgaluru where his last rites will be held today (July 31) evening.
