Mangaluru: In the backdrop of incessant rains reported from every part of Dakshina Kannada district, the deputy commissioner (DC), Sasikanth Senthil, has announced that there will be holiday for schools and colleges on Saturday, August 10.
The DC had earlier given holidays on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday due to the inclement weather and this new holiday will be the fourth continuous holiday in the district for schools and colleges.
