Former CM Siddaramiah in M’luru

Mangaluru: Former chief minister Siddaramaiah arrived at Mangaluru International Airport on Saturday August 31, on his visit to the areas affect by floods in the district with the aim to gather information.
Speaking to the media Siddaramaiah said, “The Enforcement Directorate is being misused against D K Shivakumar for political reasons by the government. If he has committed any mistake, then action can be taken as per the law. But it is not right to take action just for political rivalry. We will fight accordingly as per law.”
He then visited Pacchanady to address the grievances of the victims of garbage slide at Mandara. He later proceeded on his visit to Beltangady taluk and meet flood-affected residents.
He will be visiting Dharmastala temple and later he will address party representatives at town hall at 4 pm.
