Elderly saved from drowning

Bantwal: Few youths saved the life of a 65-year-old man who was drowning in the Okkethur lake here on Saturday, August 31.
The victim, Krishna had reportedly entered the water to cleanse his legs but he accidentally fell into the water and was getting washed away when few youths spotted him. They rushed to his rescue and saved him from drowning. Later he was taken to a hospital for treatment
Police visited the spot.
