Two arrested for pelting stones at buses

Mangaluru: Two youths have been arrested by the city police on the charges of pelting stones at city buses on Friday, September 6th.
The arrested are identified as Abdul Munnan (21) and Mahin Abdul Rahman (18) a resident of Jeppu.
Protests were being held throughout the state opposing the sudden arrest of Congress trouble-shooter D K Shivakumar in connection to a money-laundering case and during this period, the miscreants came on bikes and pelted stones at private city buses at various locations including Falnir and Nandigudda. The accused also threw stones at five buses in Kinnigoli as well.
