Bollywood star Suniel Shetty lauds ‘Girgit’ team’s efforts through video

Mangaluru: Although hit tulu movie “Girgit”, directed by Roopesh Shetty and Rakesh Kadri has completed 25 days at the box office and is presently facing some legal troubles, there is some good news for the movie team after all. Bollywood star Suniel Shetty has congratulated the movie team on the movie’s success domestically and abroad.
Speaking initially with a little bit of Tulu in the video posted on Facebook, Mr Shetty said, “Roopesh, congratulations to you and the whole team for doing a stupendous job. The movie is running successfully and I think it is one of the first tulu films that is running simultaneously in DK as well as Middle East.”
“Very proud and very happy that Tulu cinema is doing so well. God bless you and the entire team. Lots and lots of love top you and thank you for helping Tulunadu and Tulu cinema with your talent, direction and acting. God bless you,” he said to Roopesh.
“Girgit” was released on Aug 23rd and has been well received by tulu movie lovers.
