Robbery video goes viral, reveals a suspiciously parked car

Mangaluru: The city north station police have found a car parked suspiciously on Car Street on Wednesday morning. The suspicion regarding the car was aroused after a video of a person robbing another person and going away leaving the car behind went viral in social media. It is still unclear if the two incidents are related.

The Alto car is bearing no number plates and was left in the junction between Car Street and Kudroli road on Wednesday. The locals informed the cops of its existence after observing it left for a long time.

The car has been inspected by the cops but no clues have been found. They later seized the vehicle. there is suspicion that the car has been left behind after using it for a crime.

The police have collected important clues of the car left suspiciously on Car Street. “The investigations have continued,” said Mangaluru police commissioner Dr P S Harsha.
