Drunk youth causes trouble at a pub; arrested

Mangaluru: The police have arrested a man on the charges of troubling other customers at a pub located along the M G road in the city. Apparently the action of the youth was resultant to having one too many Ps and Qs. The arrested youth is identified as Gowrish (28), a resident of Kottara.

It has been alleged that on Saturday night, the accused had visited the pub, got too drunk and caused much trouble to other customers of the joint. A few moments after the incident, the youth reached to the ground floor of the building and managed to start an argument with some other people there. However, by then the cops had rushed to the location, took the youth into custody and escorted him to the police station.

It is learnt that the accused is a temporary employee at a private institution here,

Barke police have registered a case in this regard.
