Leopard falls into a well while preying upon hen, rescued

Mangaluru: A leopard that ended up in a well in its bid to prey upon hens of a house has been caught in a trap that was set for its capture and was later taken to Pilikula zoo.
The forest department officials had rushed to the spot and successfully rescuing the leopard.
It may be noted that recently the forest department has rescued a leopard which had ended up in a well in its bid to prey upon domestic dogs of a house belonging to Monappa Bangera, a resident of Ballalbettu near Rayi of the taluk.
