DK Suresh likely to appear before ED in DKShi case today

Bengaluru: Bengaluru rural MP DK Suresh is likely to appear before Enforcement Directorate officer in connection with former minister DK Shivakumar’s money laundering case.

Earlier MP D K Suresh had appeared before ED October, 3 in connection with the investigations into the money laundering case against his brother and senior party leader DK Shivakumar.

Shivakumar who was arrested on September 3, under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) is presently lodged in judicial custody in Tihar Jail. His judicial custody has been extended till October 15.

The ED had earlier told a court hearing Shivakumar’s bail application that Suresh owned 27 properties and it needed to be probed.
