Alternative Dispute Resolution Center to be established in M’luru: KCCI

Mangaluru: In order to resolve issues concerning the industry and commerce areas, Canara Chambers of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) is attempting on the government level for the establishment of a Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) centre in Mangaluru, informed KCCI president Isacc Vas.

Mr Vas speaking at his first press meet on Thursday after being elected as the president of KCCI and provided information regarding the projects he will be undertaking during his period of power.

The new rule of the union government is encouraging the establishment of ADR to resolve issues concerning the commerce area. Hence, KCCI has decided to establish an ADR in Mangaluru and a committee has been created to realize this plan, he informed.
