Kamlesh Tiwari murder: Cops question man from Hubli

Hubli: The police investigating the Kamlesh Tiwari murder case has picked up a person from Old Hubli area for questioning in connection with the case.
The person picked up by the police for the questioning is Mohammed Jafar Sadik, a local leader from Old Hubli area.
Speaking on the issue the police official informed, “We are inquiring Sadik in connection with the UP murder and so far there is no arrest.
“A section of media has reported that he had connections with banned SIMI organisation which is not true. He is a local leader in Hubli attached to a youth organisation,” added police officials.
Kamlesh Tiwari, a Hindu Samaj Party leader was shot dead at his residence in Lucknow by some unidentified persons on Friday, October 18 afternoon.
Following his death the family of the victim had said that he had received a death threat in 2016.
