Mangaluru: A youth died of electrocution near Kallapu, Thokkottu here on Friday morning, October 25. The deceased is identified as Wilson Fernandes (26), son of Abraham.
The deceased was running a battery shop by the name Nityadhar Auto Electricals along with his brother Nelson Fernandes. Apparently, he had climbed the roof of the shop along with a worker to repair the board of the shop when they accidentally came in contact with electricity and suffered electric shock.
Although the victims were rushed to the hospital, Wilson breathed his last along the way. Meanhwile, the worker has suffered head injury.
